2. Use of Our Services
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book our services. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Booking Process
- 1.All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Tourism Desk Global
- 2.A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation via email
- 3.Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and deposit is received
- 4.Full payment must be received before the commencement of your tour/trek
Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
Accepted Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation fees apply based on notice period:
More than 60 days: 30% of total cost (deposit forfeited)
30-60 days: 50% of total cost
15-29 days: 75% of total cost
Less than 15 days: 100% of total cost (no refund)

4. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, travel permits, and any required documentation for your trip.
Health & Fitness
It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit for the activities. Consult your doctor before undertaking strenuous activities like trekking or climbing.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
Conduct & Behavior
You must respect local customs, laws, and regulations. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tourism Desk Global acts as an agent for various service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:
- •Acts of nature, weather conditions, or force majeure events
- •Delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
- •Personal injury, illness, or death arising from participation in activities
- •Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
- •Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Tourism Desk Global or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
7. Changes to Itinerary & Services
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, availability, or other circumstances. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives.
In the event of significant changes, we will notify you as soon as possible. If changes are unacceptable to you, you may cancel your booking subject to our cancellation policy.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:
- 1.Negotiation: We prefer to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication
- 2.Mediation: If negotiation fails, we agree to mediation
- 3.Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu, Nepal
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
